Professional Instructions

Cliniscape accepts medicolegal instructions from solicitors, courts and public bodies for independent psychiatric assessment and expert reporting. Initial enquiries are reviewed to confirm suitability, scope, timescales and any potential conflicts of interest. Where appropriate, further information may be requested prior to acceptance of instructions. All instructions are accepted only following consultant review and written confirmation of fees, timescales and terms of engagement.

Professional enquiries are typically acknowledged within one working day.
Substantive responses confirming availability, fees and next steps are usually provided within three working days, subject to receipt of sufficient information.
