Independent, Accountable and Evidence-Based Practice
Cliniscape operates as an independent psychiatric practice with a strong emphasis on objectivity, defensible clinical reasoning and professional accountability.
Assessments are conducted using a structured psychiatric interview, collateral review and critical analysis of contemporaneous records, with explicit consideration of consistency, reliability and alternative explanations.
Clinical opinions are formulated by integrating history, mental state findings, documentary evidence and relevant diagnostic frameworks, with clear distinction between fact, inference and professional opinion.
Clinical Leadership and Oversight
Cliniscape is led by Dr Flavian Naclad, Consultant Psychiatrist (GMC Specialist Register – General Adult Psychiatry), with extensive NHS experience across forensic, acute, rehabilitation and community psychiatric settings.
The practice operates under clear clinical leadership and robust governance structures to ensure consistency, accountability and defensible psychiatric opinion across all instructions.
